About Me

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Robin. I am 36.
I have two daughters- Rahel is 16, and  Alena is 13. They are awesome, intelligent, creative and sensitive.  I home school them and they attend a charter school, where I teach a variety of art classes.
I have the most fabulous friends and family anyone could wish for.  Family is always very dysfunctional, but that's what keeps it real right?
I live in a small rural town, the mountains there are beautiful, we love hiking and swimming in the shady creeks, catching and observing bugs, and finding any excuse to go on an adventure.
I am a sort of Betty Crocker Mom who loves to cook and enjoy wholesome family stuff. However,
when my kids go to their Dad's I get the space to occasionally go out and make a total jackass of myself.  I love mosh pits, punk rock, rockabilly, psychobilly and most other forms of angsty music.  I also love doo wap, classic rock etc.  I really don't like being labeled by my choice in music or style because I find it's way too limiting and I have far too many interests to fit into a small box.
I love creating all forms of art, especially three dimensional art.  I am writing a novel and creating a beautiful book with my close friend Marika, about handmade birthdays.  I love to create all my own jewelry and accessories.
I am really more of a tomboy, I love planting things and fixing stuff.  I love everything funky and vintage, especially classic cars.  I love working with my Dad in the garage.  I drive a 57 Belaire, she's a cool car.  I would prefer to have a Cadillac, but parts aren't very attainable,  if you want to actually drive your car, you have to choose something popular enough that you can keep her on the road.
I have a very cool website where I sell a large variety of things I create including Vintage reproduction 50's style jewelry, fun hair clips, Dia De Los Muertos festive jewelry, also a wide variety of authentic vintage garb.

Thank you for your support, hope you enjoy all my excited rantings.
~ Robin
